Yes, our driver will be more than happy to unbox and check over your item(s) and further dispose of the packaging upon your request.
In the unlikely scenario that your item(s) are damaged or faulty, our driver will return them on his vehicle to the Novara Living HQ. Our Customer Support Team will then contact you to arrange an exchange or refund dependant on how you wish to continue with your order.
